Double Dutch #14

Double Dutch is a new challenge blog for me, but I just couldn't resist playing with this weeks challenge sketch. And I also followed the sizes, which made making this card a breeze - except for all my faffing around trying to decide what paper to use! Again I've used my Gorjuss girl from Sugar Nellie - I just can't enough of these beauties and roll on April when a new collection is coming out!
Stamp: Gorjuss Girl collection 1 from Sugar Nellie
Paper: K & Co K-Ology
Ink: Versafine black and Bazzinks pansy

Friday Sketchers #4

This is the first time for me to join in with Friday Sketchers. The DT work is amazing, puts my card to shame, but I'm learning and I get loads of inspiration from this blog.
The backing papers are from K & Co, chelsea pad and I used my Cuttlebug stylized flowers just to give a bit more interest. The stamp is from the Sweet Art Ebony collection by Elisabeth Bell which I bought from Funky Kits. I coloured the image in with watercolour pencils. Added a Prima quick pick flower with the centre piece stamped using Stampin Up circle of friendship stamp.
