Friday Sketchers 86

I needed to make a card for my sister in law's birthday tomorrow and I had to get it in the post yesterday, so I grabbed a few of my favourite goodies – BasicGrey, Prima and C.C. Design stamp. I played along with Friday Sketchers and this is the great sketch to follow.
I love Prima flowers, but I don't like using them, I think they are too good to use LOL!. But I have to let my little beauties go, and as I've collected quite a few over the past few months I'm sure you're going to see alot more of them - just can't wait until Prima release their CHA 2010 collection they are yummy!

Creative Card Crew

The theme for the challenge over at Creative Card Crew is 'Punch It'. And as I needed a card for someone that's going through a bit of a tough period in his life and I thought my new Serenity stamps from Verve Stamps would be just the job. For me I use this prayer everyday in my journey through life and it means so much to me as I know it means alot to my friend.

Mojo Monday 122

I'm still around, just haven't blogged for a little while. This weather can be such a downer, we've had fog now for a few days, and I'm hoping tomorrow it will disappear. People who drive in these conditions without lights on their vehicles are a right pain in the backside. I've been playing with my new Verve Stamps again, and they are gorgeous. They had a big sale just after christmas and I ordered a few sets and I just wish I'd ordered more. This is the sketch for this week over at Mojo Monday. So Saffron Paper: Stampin' Up! level 1 hostess gift Ink: Mememto tuxedo black Accessories: Copics, ribbon, oval nestabilities, Cuttlebug Thanks for looking.

Crazy 4 Challenges

Oh well I started off well, blogging and crafting, but as usual I've stopped doing both. I thought I'd better have a play with one of my new stamps (I say it's new 'cause I haven't used it before and the poor thing was getting covered in dust!). This is my first time to join in with Crazy 4 Challenges, but as it's a new year and my new quest for doing more crafting I thought why not. The challenge for this week is 'Birthdays' and I have a list of birthday cards to make for this month I decided to use this card.

Stamp: C.C.Designs Kiki La Rue - Coffee Kiki, Stampin' Up! Oval all

Paper/cardstock: Cosmo Cricket earth love, prismatic

Ink: Memento tuxedo black

Accessories: Copics, Oval nestabilities, Cuttlebug, Stampin' Up! Oval and scallop punches.
