The picture isn't that great, but hey ho! neither is the weather at the moment LOL.

The first challenge this week is to incorporate a WORD on your inchy. This first challenge will run for two weeks to give people the chance to find us!

Anniversary card
This is a card that I made for my husband for our anniversary (which is today!). I don't really like it, but it's all I can manage at the moment, this cold is not helping matters!!!!!. I'm going to try and do some challenges later. I've really missed doing them while I was away on holiday, and now that I've ordered more Magnolia stamps from Sassy Crafts I haven't got any excuses not to craft LOL.
I used my Cricut to cut the hearts, Basic Grey rub-ons for the wording on the heart, and Basic Grey two scoops paper. The Happy Anniversary is a stamp by Penny Black.
Thanks for looking.
I've been tagged .....
by Caroline. I have to write down 7 random things about myself!!!! So here goes
1. I'm not very domesticated - h****work is way down on my daily to-do-list.
2. When I was very small I used to eat raw sausages - YUCK!!!! I still eat raw potatoes!
3. I had my first computer when I was 8.
4. My craft room is a total mess.
5. I have a gorgeous picture of my dog Bear on my phone.
6. I need to use more and buy less (HA!)
7. Apples give me heartburn.
I'll sort out the people to pass this on shortly - things to do.

I got a cold :(
I'm back from my holiday visiting my family and now I have a stinking cold. All I want to do is craft, but I haven't got the energy, so the only way I know how to pick myself up is to order some crafting goodies from Sassy Crafts LOL. The only problem I had was which of the new Magnolia stamps to pick. I was very good, but I know it won't last LOL.
Whilst I was away I was tagged 4 times, so I'll sort all that out tomorrow (when my head is a little clearer!). And fingers crossed I'll have some things to show :)

Sea-Gals Skinnys Challenge
Caroline has started up a new challenge blog Sea-Gals Skinnys. A new challenge is set every Friday, so pop along and have a go :).
This week the challenge is 'things with wings'. This is the very first skinny I've made, and I found it strange working on that scale. The stamp I used is made by Third Coast Stamps which I bought from Sassy Crafts. I love this set of little flying piggies LOL. The paper is Basic Grey, Two Scoops (which you can also purchase from Sassy Crafts as well as all the new papers from Basic Grey). I coloured in Mr Piggy with Twinkling H2os.
Thanks for looking.
Toppers, Tags and ATCs #3
This week over on Toppers, Tags and ATCs the challenge is Your 3rd mission, should you choose to accept :) is to create a Tag, Topper or ATC with the Theme of FLOWERS AND CIRCLES it can be male, female, young or old. There are no other rules relating to your creation. I have been fiddling around for ages trying to put something together. I found this floral topper in one of my drawers (the drawer that I chuck things in 'cause I don't know what to do with them) and just stuck in on. Simple when I didn't have to think about it LOL.
Check out the challenge blog, they have a prize for this week!
Thanks for looking.

Rudolph Day
I'm never organised at christmas (to be honest I'm never organised LOL) but hopefully this year will be different. I decided to join in with SSCC (Storms Seasonal Christmas Club) over on Auntys forum. At the beginning of the year alot of us made a commitment to make christmas cards and presents, save money for postage etc. (the list goes on), and me I'm lagging way behind everyone (I think). Here is just some of the cards I made yesterday

Funky Fairys Challenge #15
This weeks challenge was a toughy for me on Funky Fairys, because Your challenge for week #15, if you wish to accept it, (and why not? You're brave), is to design a MALE/BOY themed card. I don't do male cards EEEK!. Anyway, I was dying to use my new Basic Grey Archaic pad, buttons and brads (which I bought from Sassy Crafts - Emma, am I on commission? LOL). I also used a stamp from Rubbadubbadoo.

Ismaki challenge #13
This week on Ismaki is a great sketch by Petra. Here is my attempt at the sketch. I used a Magnolia stamp bought from Sassy Crafts and the paper is Flip Flops by The Paper Loft and I couldn't resist using Chester chipboard by Me and My Big Ideas (which have been lying around for ages just waiting to be used). I coloured in the stamp using Twinkling H20s.

Thank God it's Friday
This week on Thank God it's Friday, the theme is Faces so I got out my favorite stamp (made by Third Coast Stamps, which I bought from Sassy Crafts) at the moment and had a play. I wanted to make a black and white card but I do like a touch of colour - hence the red flower. I also used my Cuttlebug to emboss the background.
Thanks for looking.
Funky Fairys Challenge #14
This week on Funky Fairys blog the challenge is I want you to make something tall and skinny (like I want to look!! LOL). It can be a card, tag, bookmark - you decide, just make sure it is tall and slim :o). So I dug out a tall thin stamp from Magenta and my Crate Paper Kate Collection and came up with this card.
Thanks for looking.
