Can't wait for the next theme :) Stamp: Third Coast Stamps, elephant on moped - available from Sassy Crafts Ink: Versafine onyx black Accessories: Cuttlebug, D'vine Swirl embossing folder, lace, feather flower, Oval Nestabilities.

Paperminutes Challenge #24

What a wash out again today. And there's me thinking it's the middle of summer! The winter flood across the road from us is rising - nearly 4 months early. I just hope the winter is a dry one! Martin has gone back to work today after his annual fortnight holiday, and it's great to get back into my routine AND crafting. This week over on Paperminutes is this sketch I needed a 'get well card' for my nan as she is feeling a little unwell. As I can't get to see her I thought I'd send her a card instead. To be honest she just wants the envelope with the airmail sticker!!!! Stamp: Third Coast Stamps, Paciente Muerto Paper: BasicGrey, Euphoria Accessories: Versafine ink, Prima Quick picks and various other flowers, Stickles, computer printed sentiment.

Think Monday - Think ATC

I think this is the first time I've joined in with Think Monday - Think ATC blog, and as soon as I spotted the theme Black and White I knew exactly which stamp I was going to use. One of my favorite makes at the moment, Third Coast Stamps. You can buy this stamp and more at Sassy Crafts.
I added a touch of ribbon, flower and brad to finish off the ATC.
Thanks for looking.

Design team work

As you probably already know, I'm a member of the Design team for Sassy Crafts and I just wanted to share a couple of pieces of work I've made recently. The kit I received from Emma consisted of a selection of Basic Grey Sultry papers, the matching fibres and a selection of gorgeous Prima Marketing night shades satin lavender blossoms. This card I used my Magnolia stamp which I coloured in using Twinkling H2os, added a few prima flowers and I stamped the Thanks on which is made by Third Coast Stamps. This altered beer mat was kindly given to me (and quite a few more) by Rosie for my birthday. Again I used the Sultry papers to cover the beer mat attached the fibres using brads. I used my Nestabilities to mat and layer more of the gorgeous papers. Finally I added a scrummy Prima blossom and attached it to the coaster with a Dovecraft jewel brad. Fingers crossed I'll have a few more pieces this week. Thanks for looking.

Sea-Gals Skinnys Challenge

Caroline has started up a new challenge blog Sea-Gals Skinnys. A new challenge is set every Friday, so pop along and have a go :). This week the challenge is 'things with wings'. This is the very first skinny I've made, and I found it strange working on that scale. The stamp I used is made by Third Coast Stamps which I bought from Sassy Crafts. I love this set of little flying piggies LOL. The paper is Basic Grey, Two Scoops (which you can also purchase from Sassy Crafts as well as all the new papers from Basic Grey). I coloured in Mr Piggy with Twinkling H2os. Thanks for looking.

Thank God it's Friday

This week on Thank God it's Friday, the theme is Faces so I got out my favorite stamp (made by Third Coast Stamps, which I bought from Sassy Crafts) at the moment and had a play. I wanted to make a black and white card but I do like a touch of colour - hence the red flower. I also used my Cuttlebug to emboss the background. Thanks for looking.

Thank God it's Friday

No don't worry, I haven't gone mad LOL, it's just another new challenge blog I've found. It's probably been around for a little while, but I've only just found it. Anyway, on Thank God it's Friday blog the challenge is all about Ribbons ! Please create a card (or whatever you would like to prepare with ribbons) by using minimum one stamp and Ribbons - just how much, how colorful, how long or short you want.
I used one of my favorite stamps at the moment from Third Coast Stamps (which you can get from Sassy Crafts). The backing paper is from English Paper Company.

My Paper World #7

This is the new challenge sketch over on My Paper World blog. So in between the cleaning and looking at my new baby bull calf I managed to make a card. I love the stamp that I used (it's the first time and I've been dying to play with it LOL). I bought the stamp from Sassy Crafts which is the only online UK retailer to sell Third Coast Stamps, so go check them out!
All this chatting about stamps and I nearly forgot to post my card LOL, so here it is

My Paper World Challenge

I've been looking at some really great blogs recently and I came across My Paper World challenge blog, so I thought I'd have a go at doing the lastest challenge, which is a sketch and I love playing around with sketches. I made my card using the same lay out of the sketch (which is a first for me, as I usually change something or another!). So here is my take on the sketch. I've used a weave background stamp from Cornish Heritage Farms and one of my new scrummy stamps from Third Coast Stamps which I purchased from Sassy Crafts . I also used my Cuttlebug for the layering behind the image. Thanks for looking.

Over on My Time to Craft Challenge blog the new weekly challenge is Ticked Pink! So add plenty of pink to your projects! Remember make anything you want using our theme, an ATC, Card, Tag, Skinny, Scrapbook page, Fatbook Page (4x4). So I had a think and a play and this is what I ended up with. It's pink anyways LOL. I love this new stamp I have made by Third Coast Stamps which I bought recently from Emma at Sassy Crafts. I think you'll be seeing alot more of cards made with these stamps, they are just scrummy.
Well I think that's it, off to do another challenge ;)
