A card for my mum

I'm a terrible blogger! I really need to get more organised, but in the meanwhile, here is a Mother's day card that I made for my wonderful mum. As I played along with Sketch and Stash challenge I had to use a neglected item of stash or something new, and now I have to confess my poor neglected item is my Sugar Nellie stamp - Sweet 'n' Sassy and I don't know why I don't use her more often. As always Sketch and Stash has a wonderful sketch to follow. I also played along with Rainbow Lady's Challenge 94 - Mother's day and Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge - Anything goes.

Paper:
Basic Grey euphoria
Ink:
Memento tuxedo black

Sketch and Stash #24

Woohooo, I've nearly finished making birthday cards for this year, just a few more and that's it. This card I made following the sketch from Sketch and Stash. My neglected stash is my BasicGrey two scoops - paper and buttons, I haven't used them for ages. And again I've used my C.C. Design shy Kiki stamp. I played around with my new Bow-Easy, and it's wonderful for making bows and it is easy!
Paper: BasicGrey two scoops
Ink: Memento tuxedo black and Versacolor umber
Accessories: Copics, BasicGrey two scoops buttons, Martha Stewart punch and ribbon.
Thanks for looking.

As I've been playing with some new goodies (well I've had them a few weeks but haven't played with them yet!!!). For this card I used my new stamp from Sugar Nellie and some very old papers from K & Co. I used the sketch from Sketch and Stash which is a fab sketch and I'm sure I'll use it lots in the future.

Sketch and Stash Challenge #16

I haven't been crafting for a while, so that's why I haven't been blogging. Mainly I think it's because Martin has been off work sick for the past couple of months and that seems to have dried up my mojo. Oh well, fingers crossed he'll be going back next month LOL! Anyway, back to why I'm blogging. I decided to join in with a challenge blog to find my mojo and I played along with Sketch and Stash, mainly as I've got loads of new goodies and none of which I've played with. I have used one of my new stamps from Sugar Nellie - Bumble Bee designed by Suzanne Woolcott (I just love her designs). I also used my new BasicGrey pad Wisteria. This is the sketch to follow Cardstock: BasicGrey Wisteria paper pad from Cardz 'n' Scapz and core'dination Image: Sugar Nellie stamp Bumble Bee and SU! Oval sentiments Ink: Versafine imperial purple Accessories: Copics, prima flowers, brad, SU! oval punch and SU! scallop oval punch, ribbon and icicle stickles. Thanks for looking :)
