CMUtd Challenge #6

On CMUtd challenge blog, Julie has taken over from Babs and this is her first challenge is Circles and Dots. When I was making my ATC this morning I spotted some fabby paper which is just right for this challenge, so I inked up one of my new Magnolias and started to have a play.
