Everybody Art Challenge #98

The weather here has been terrible - gale force winds, rain and cold, so I'm really thankful that today I can see some sun yipppeeee (plus I can get some washing out on the line!). So with the weather putting a downer on things I had a play in my room and decided to bring a little colour into my life with this card. I love these new papers (that I've had for a number of weeks and haven't dared to let my scissors see them) DeLovely by Cosmo Cricket.
